About
About French Test Canada
French Test Canada is a free, independent study site. Free TEF Canada and TCF Canada practice: reading, listening, writing and speaking in the real formats, an NCLC converter and every test centre.
How we write the questions
Every practice question is our own, written from the official handbook, program rules or test format named on each page. We never copy official sample questions or another site’s question bank, and we only write a question when the rule behind it is certain.
Where the facts come from
Fees, rules, counts and dates come from the official pages listed at the bottom of each page, with the date we last checked them. Rules change: when the official source and this site disagree, the official source is right, and we’d like to hear about it.
Who we are not
How the site is paid for
The practice tests are free. The site is paid for by ads and by French school or tutor referrals: if you ask us to, we pass your request to a few French school or tutors near you.
